Photo Club Rules
To keep the Online Photo Club fun, fair, and respectful for everyone, all members are expected to follow a few simple rules when participating. All photos submitted to the club must be original work created by the person submitting them. Images should be appropriate for a general audience: no offensive, hateful, violent, or explicit content is allowed. Files should be saved in common image formats such as JPG or PNG, and individual file sizes should stay under 1MB so that the website can display them quickly and consistently. When submitting photos, members should clearly label each image with the correct category so that it appears in the right place for voting and the winners gallery. By sending in a photo, you are giving the club permission to display it on the site as part of contests, galleries, and examples.
Behavior in the club should always stay positive and supportive. Members are welcome to give each other feedback on photos, but comments should be constructive and respectful at all times. Harassing, spamming, or insulting other members is not allowed, and anyone who breaks these rules may have their photos removed from the site. During each contest period, members should only vote once per category so that results stay fair. Any attempts to cheat the voting process, such as submitting the same image under different names or trying to flood the system with repeated votes, can result in removal from the club. By using this site, you agree to follow these rules and help keep the Online Photo Club a friendly, creative space for everyone who enjoys photography.
